Consistency was always my struggle. I started strong, full of motivation, but somewhere along the way I slipped skipping routines, breaking promises to myself, and letting excuses win. Each failure felt heavy, and I convinced myself I wasn’t built for consistency. But what I didn’t realize then was that consistency isn’t about perfection; it’s about discipline.
Discipline became the turning point. It taught me to show up even when I didn’t feel like it, to push through when motivation faded, and to honor the commitments I made to myself. Slowly, those small acts of discipline built habits, and those habits shaped me into someone stronger, steadier, and more resilient.
I failed at consistency, but discipline gave me structure. It reminded me that growth isn’t about never falling it’s about rising every time you do. And now, discipline doesn’t just shape my routines; it shapes my life.
